Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. Changes take effect immediately and your billing adjusts pro‑rata for the unused period.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible plans can begin with a 14-day full-featured trial. Payment setup requirements are shown during signup so billing always matches your account configuration.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
We alert you as you approach caps on billable chat messages, call minutes, and document generation for your billing period. When you hit a limit, Kaarya blocks further billable usage until your allowance resets or you move to a higher plan.
What counts as a billable chat message?
We meter billable WhatsApp and Instagram chat messages that flow through Kaarya toward your monthly plan cap each billing period. That is not the same thing as Meta’s commercial “conversation” windows—ask us if you need a detailed breakdown for your use case.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If Kaarya AI isn’t a fit, we’ll refund the most recent billing cycle.
