One completed static Instagram creative counts as one post. It includes up to three starting visual options, one visual correction, caption and hashtags, branding and final export, one text-only revision, and scheduling or publishing. A completely different visual concept counts as another post.
Carousels, reels, and video
A standard carousel counts as two posts. Reels and AI-generated videos are available separately and are not included in these packages.

Can I switch plans anytime?

When does billing begin?
Billing begins when you complete Razorpay Checkout. The exact plan total and GST are shown before you confirm payment.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
We alert you as you approach caps on billable chat messages, call minutes, and document generation for your billing period. When you hit a limit, Kaarya blocks further billable usage until your allowance resets or you move to a higher plan.
What counts as a billable chat message?
Your allowance counts individual outgoing customer messages on WhatsApp and Instagram, not conversations. Eligible replies, templates and follow-ups count when Kaarya queues them for sending; incoming customer messages do not. Internal-assistant and explicitly exempt messages do not use this allowance. Starter includes 500, Growth 2,000 and Enterprise 6,000 messages per monthly billing period. WhatsApp’s 24-hour reply window controls how a message can be sent; it does not define Kaarya’s message allowance.
